TNT Boxing and Fitness Academy is Guelph's premier progressive boxing and fitness program.
This unique hybrid is a fun and educational process that will both properly prepare and challenge you as you jump into the exciting world of boxing. Our head coach in collaboration with his assistant coaches, teach a system that incorporates a variety of different training techniques that when combined, work together to create the ultimate workout experience exclusive only to TNT.
We have a new schedule this month, not much has changed so you can expect even more convenient hours to hone your boxing skills or just work out on our new machines or variety of equipement at the gym.
